The study introduces the Enriched-GF method, a reproducible and efficient protocol for producing high-yield platelet-derived growth factors, crucial for regenerative medicine. By combining glass bead agitation, freeze-thaw cycling, and calcium activation, this method significantly enhances the release of key growth factors such as EGF, PDGF, TGF-β, and FGF2 compared to traditional platelet lysate and conditioned serum preparations. Tested across 10 platelet concentrates per protocol, the Enriched-GF approach demonstrated consistent and robust results, offering a standardized and clinically viable solution for delivering growth factors in tissue repair and regeneration applications.
