    This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Shatpushpa (Anethum sowa) oil MatraBasti compared to Metformin in treating oligomenorrhea/hypomenorrhea and obesity in women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). The study includes women aged 18 to 35 diagnosed with PCOS according to the Rotterdam criteria. Shatpushpa is believed to contain phytoestrogens that may restore estrogen function, regulate menstrual cycles, and reduce adipose tissue due to its sharp and hot potency properties. The study's conclusion will be determined after analyzing the results.
