TLDR 5% minoxidil solution effectively treats hair loss in men and women.

The study conducted on the efficacy and tolerability of 5% minoxidil solution (Carexidil®) demonstrated that twice-daily topical application was effective in treating male and female androgenetic alopecia, with noticeable results observed after 6 months. This finding was consistent with existing literature and clinical experience at the time.
