The study assessed the efficacy and safety of topical 5% minoxidil solution in treating androgenetic alopecia (AGA) in Korean men. Conducted over 24 weeks at 14 dermatologic centers in South Korea, 175 men aged 20-62 applied the solution twice daily. Results showed a statistically significant increase in total hair count and mean hair diameter, with improvements noted in both investigator and patient assessments.
