Effects of Oral Supplementation of Trichovitals on Human Skin, Hair, and Nail Physiology

    The study evaluated the effects of Microcore’s TrichovitalsTM oral supplements on skin, hair, and nails in healthy middle-aged adults through two pilot studies. The first study involved 25 female volunteers over 12 weeks, and the second involved 7 female volunteers over 5 weeks. Participants reported significant improvements in skin hydration, elasticity, and reduced pigmentation, as well as enhanced hair thickness, reduced hair breakage, and increased hair growth. Additionally, nail growth rate increased by 80%, and brittle nails decreased by 42%. Overall, TrichovitalsTM was deemed effective in improving the appearance of skin, hair, and nails, suggesting its potential as an anti-aging product.
