Effectiveness of Chuzhi Shengfa Tablets Combined with Ketoconazole Shampoo and Chuzhi Shengfa Tablets Combined with 5% Minoxidil Foam in the Treatment of Male Androgenetic Alopecia

The study investigated the efficacy and safety of Chuzhi Shengfa Tablets combined with ketoconazole shampoo and 5% minoxidil foam in treating male androgenetic alopecia. Conducted on 120 male patients, the study found that both combinations significantly improved hair density and diameter while reducing scalp oil secretion, with better results than using ketoconazole shampoo or minoxidil foam alone. No significant differences in adverse reactions were noted among the groups. The findings suggest that these combinations are effective and safe for clinical use in promoting hair growth.
