TLDR Pantotherapy is more effective for treating androgenetic alopecia than darsonvalization.
The study evaluated the effectiveness of complex restorative treatments for androgenetic alopecia using antler products (pantogematogen) and physiotherapy technologies. It involved 93 patients divided into two groups: the main group (31 patients) received pantogematogen both orally and topically, while the comparison group (32 patients) underwent darsonvalization procedures. Results showed that the main group experienced statistically significant improvements, including reduced complaints, better scalp microcirculation, improved psycho-emotional status, increased hemoglobin levels, and hair texture restoration. After 3 months, the main group showed reduced hair loss and improved growth, whereas the comparison group had less significant results. The study concluded that pantogematogen treatment was more effective than darsonvalization.
