TLDR Pantotherapy is more effective for treating androgenetic alopecia than darsonvalization.
The study evaluated the effectiveness of complex restorative treatments for androgenetic alopecia in 93 patients over 21 days, divided into a main group (31 patients) and a comparison group (32 patients), with an additional group of 30 healthy individuals. The main group received diet therapy, vitamin therapy, scalp massage, and pantohematogen treatments, while the comparison group received scalp darsonvalization physiotherapy. Results showed that the main group experienced statistically significant improvements, including reduced complaints, better scalp microcirculation, improved psychoemotional status, increased hemoglobin levels, and restored hair texture. After 3 months, the main group also showed decreased hair loss and improved growth, whereas the comparison group had less significant results. The study concluded that the inclusion of pantotherapy in the treatment was more effective than darsonvalization.
