Deer Antler Products in the Comprehensive Treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia

In 2013, a study was conducted on 100 participants with androgenetic alopecia to examine the effects of deer antler products "Pantogematogen" and "Chudopan". The results showed that the combined use of these products led to improved hair texture, increased scalp microcirculation, and enhanced hair bulb nutrition. This resulted in a reduction in hair thinning and an increase in hair growth. Specifically, hair thickness increased by 16.7% and 13.4% in two subgroups of the main group, and hair growth improved in 98.3% of patients using "Chudopan". Hair loss significantly reduced in both subgroups, and the average number of hairs per cm^2 increased by 15.0% and 8.0% respectively. The study concluded that the combined use of these products was more effective than using the liquid mask alone, and "Pantogematogen" also had an anti-stress effect, reducing patient anxiety.
