The Effect of Coffee Residue Extract on Hair Growth

    TLDR Coffee residue extract significantly boosts hair growth.
    The study conducted over three months in 2018 investigated the effect of coffee residue extract on hair growth using test animals. The results indicated that treatment 3, with a hair growth rate of 0.113 cm/day, was the most effective, surpassing the positive control (0.101 cm/day), negative control (0.060 cm/day), treatment 4 (0.099 cm/day), and treatment 5 (0.090 cm/day). Additionally, treatment 3 produced the highest hair weight (0.207 g) over 21 days, compared to the positive control (0.193 g), treatment 4 (0.187 g), treatment 5 (0.177 g), and the negative control (0.127 g). Statistical analysis confirmed significant differences between the treatments.
