TLDR A 5% concentration of Dorema aucheri extract significantly improves diabetic wound healing.
The study evaluated the effects of Dorema aucheri hydroalcoholic extract on wound healing in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Conducted on 48 male rats divided into 6 groups, the research found that a 5% concentration of D. aucheri extract significantly improved wound healing, re-epithelialization, collagen deposition, and neovascularization compared to other groups (p ≤ 0.05). However, the 10% extract group showed lower fibroblast, collagen, and hair follicle densities (p ≤ 0.001). The findings suggest that a 5% concentration of D. aucheri extract is particularly effective in enhancing the healing of diabetic wounds.

Some users believe John Harper's hair regrowth claims using dermarolling, coffee, and oils are misleading, while others defend his methods. The conversation highlights skepticism about alternative treatments and emphasizes finasteride, dutasteride, and minoxidil as proven solutions for hair loss.
