An Uncontrolled Innovative Test of Cryo-Chilled Carbon Dioxide as a Novel Amplification of a Nano-Botanical Multi-Acting Therapy in Advanced Stage Androgenetic Alopecia
March 2025

TLDR The treatment showed promising hair regrowth in advanced-stage hair loss.
This study investigated a novel treatment for advanced-stage androgenetic alopecia (AGA) using a cryo-chilled carbon dioxide device to enhance a nano-botanical therapy. Conducted on 6 participants (5 males, 1 female), the trial was concluded early at 90 days due to significant hair regrowth, with a 41.9% increase in hair density for the female subject and a 24.7% increase for one male subject. The treatment involved weekly topical applications and daily oral and topical treatments, showing no adverse effects. Despite the promising results, the study's small sample size and uncontrolled design highlight the need for further controlled studies to confirm efficacy and explore long-term effects.
