This case series explores the use of a cryo-carboxy dispensing device as an innovative modification to a nano-botanical therapy for advanced-stage androgenetic alopecia (AGA). The study involved five male and one female volunteer with AGA, who received a weekly topical application of a hydrogel solubilized botanical formula, alongside daily oral and topical treatments. Remarkably, by day 90, all subjects showed a significantly accelerated positive response, particularly those with advanced-stage AGA, leading to the study's early conclusion. The results suggest that the cryo-carboxy device may enhance the efficacy of AGA treatments, offering a promising new approach.
