Correction of Tear Trough Deformity Using Autologous Fibroblast Combined with Keratin: New Soft Tissue Filler

    The study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of a new injectable soft tissue filler derived from autologous fibroblasts and keratin gel for correcting tear trough deformity. A total of 35 patients received the treatment and were followed up at 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months post-injection. The results showed significant improvement in tear trough deformity even at 18-24 months after the injection, with no severe adverse effects reported. The combination of autologous fibroblasts and keratin was concluded to be an efficient and safe method for long-term correction of tear trough deformity, providing high patient satisfaction.
