TLDR Collagen from puffer skin may help whiten skin and slow aging without harm.
The study investigated the skin care and whitening effects of collagen oligopeptides from puffer skin on male guinea pigs over 30 days. Results showed that these oligopeptides reduced melanin granules and increased hydroxyproline content in the skin, suggesting potential benefits in delaying skin aging and enhancing whitening effects. No pathological changes were observed in the guinea pig skins.
