    This case report describes a young male with trachyonychia/TND, characterized by fragile, ridged, and lusterless nails, who also presented with hypertrophic cutaneous lichen planus, reticular oral lichen planus, and nail lichen planus. Diagnosis was confirmed through dermoscopy and histopathology. The report emphasizes the importance of accurate diagnosis and early intervention to improve prognosis and address psychological and cosmetic concerns associated with nail dystrophy.
