TLDR Cerebronal® may help improve certain brain health markers.
The study investigated the effects of the dietary supplement Cerebronal® on biomarkers related to neurodegeneration and brain regeneration in 54 outpatients with memory issues. Over 3 to 6 months, hair follicle cells were reprogrammed into neurons to analyze proteins such as Tau, Tau181, beta-amyloid 42, neurogranin, and VEGF. While total Tau and beta-amyloid levels remained unchanged, patients with high Tau181/total Tau ratios showed significant reductions, and those with low neurogranin and VEGF levels experienced significant increases, suggesting improved synaptic function and neurovascular support. These findings indicate that Cerebronal® may positively influence specific molecular markers associated with neurodegeneration and brain repair, though further research with more participants is needed.
