Bicalutamide: A potential new oral antiandrogenic drug for female pattern hair loss

Other adverse effects included hair shedding, transient amenorrhea, endometrial hyperplasia, and headache. The authors suggest that bicalutamide may be a promising alternative treatment for FPHL, but further studies are needed to confirm its efficacy and safety.
