TLDR The surgery effectively treats baldness with quick recovery and excellent results.
The study conducted a retrospective analysis of 21 cases of baldness treated with hair follicle autotransplantation microsurgery using a slot punch. Patients were followed for 3-9 months, and new hair growth was observed on average 2-3 months post-surgery, with visible results appearing after 5-6 months. The growth rate of androgenic alopecia hair follicle autografts was between 95%-100%, and over 90% on scars. The study concluded that this surgical method was efficient, with quick recovery and very good treatment effects.
