The study discusses Ayurvedic management of premature graying of hair, focusing on a 28-year-old female patient with a history of PCOD and migraine. The treatment involved internal medications like Guluchyathi kashayam, Usheerasavam, and Chandraprabha vati to balance Agni and reduce Pitha, along with Mahatikthaka snehapana to alleviate dryness. Virechana with Avipathy choornam was used to eliminate imbalanced Pitha, followed by external application of Siropichu with Prapoundarikadi taila and Rasayana therapy with Agasthya rasayana. The treatment resulted in new black hair growth, increased hair growth, reduced hair fall, stress relief, and overall body coolness.
