Anu Taila Nasya is believed to nourish hair roots and prevent hair fall, while Gokshura Lepa is thought to improve hair strength and promote regrowth. Modern analyses suggest antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of Anu Taila and follicular regeneration support from Gokshura. A case study showed remarkable results after 30 days of treatment, but limitations include small sample sizes and lack of rigorous clinical trials. The study highlights the potential of integrative approaches and the importance of holistic care in managing alopecia.
