Review Study of Effect of Madhukadi Taila Nasya with Patol Patra Swarasa Lepa in the Management of Indralupta with Special Reference to Alopecia Areata

The study reviews the effectiveness of using Madhukadi Taila Nasya combined with Patol Patra Swarasa Lepa in managing Indralupta, which is akin to Alopecia Areata, an autoimmune condition causing hair loss. Indralupta is attributed to factors like Atilavana and Viruddh Ahara Vihara, leading to hair follicle damage and blockage. The treatment involves Sthanika Chikitsa, specifically Shiro Lepa, utilizing Katu Tikta Rasa Pradhana and Laghu Ruksha Ushna Virya Oushadha's Patola Patra Swarasa. The study aims to evaluate this approach's effectiveness in promoting hair regrowth and managing symptoms.
