This case report described a patient who experienced two acute hair-related manifestations following COVID-19 infection and vaccination: alopecia areata and Marie Antoinette syndrome, also known as Canities subita, where the patient's scalp hair turned white almost overnight. These hair changes were observed in the same individual, highlighting a potential link between COVID-19 and sudden hair color changes.
