A 16-year-old Asian girl presented with symptoms including leg pain, swelling, and a history of facial rash, hair loss, and oral ulcers, leading to a diagnosis of autoimmune hemolytic anemia and deep vein thrombosis, with suspected systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Despite the rarity of pediatric SLE, early recognition of its unusual manifestations is crucial. Her condition improved with corticosteroids and anticoagulant treatment.
