TLDR Adipose stem cell-derived exosomes greatly improve wound healing.
A meta-analysis of adipose stem cell-derived exosomes (ADSC-Exos) therapy in preclinical animal models demonstrated that ADSC-Exos significantly enhance wound healing by promoting neovascularization, improving epithelization and collagen fiber deposition, and reducing scar formation in both general and diabetic wounds. These findings suggest that ADSC-Exos hold substantial promise for advancing wound healing treatments in both research and clinical settings.
