It found that psychological well-being positively correlates with work engagement characteristics like absorption and enthusiasm. Additionally, the realization of motivational expectations and current motives also positively correlate with psychological well-being and work engagement. These findings suggest that enhancing employee well-being and motivation can improve effectiveness and help retain key specialists in the IT industry.
