    Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a sleep disorder characterized by repeated episodes of partial or complete blockage of the upper airway during sleep, leading to breathing pauses and reduced oxygen levels. These interruptions can cause fragmented sleep and are often associated with loud snoring, daytime fatigue, and an increased risk of cardiovascular issues.
