In this study, a self-adaptive nanozyme embedded in a madecassoside-enriched hydrogel demonstrated strong antibacterial efficacy and accelerated healing in wounds infected with drug-resistant bacteria, as evidenced by improved repair and regeneration in MRSA-infected mice and preclinical pig models.
