Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism (HH) is a condition where the gonads (testes in men and ovaries in women) produce insufficient sex hormones due to a problem with the hypothalamus or pituitary gland, which are responsible for signaling the gonads to function. This can lead to delayed puberty, infertility, and other hormonal imbalances.
