      In this case study, a 10-year-old girl with infantile ophiastic alopecia areata and ciliary madarosis showed excellent hair and eyelash regrowth after 56 days of treatment involving oral corticosteroids, topical minoxidil, and clobetasol hair lotion, following an initial diagnosis and psychological evaluation.
