In this clinical trial, the researchers observed that a biotin and silica supplement reduced hair fall, increased hair growth rate, and improved skin elasticity, hydration, and nail quality over 90 days without adverse effects.
July 2026 in “Clinical Cosmetic and Investigational Dermatology” In this study, a liposomal-encapsulated Sesbania grandiflora formulation significantly improved hair and scalp health in adults with hair loss over 180 days, showing enhanced hair density, thickness, growth rate, and tensile strength compared to placebo, with no related adverse events reported.
April 2024 in “International journal of clinical trials” In this study, researchers found that a standardized extract of Sesbania grandiflora (SesZen-Bio™) improved hair density and thickness, as well as increased serum ferritin levels, over an 8-week period among participants, suggesting enhanced keratin production and follicle growth.
August 2023 in “International Journal of Research in Dermatology” In this study, 93% of women using Mintop Shampoo, containing Procapil and Redensyl, reported effectiveness in reducing hair fall, improving hair strength, and reducing dryness over 30 days, with no adverse events reported.
