    Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs) refer to a group of disorders affecting the heart and blood vessels, including conditions such as coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, and stroke. These diseases are often caused by atherosclerosis (the buildup of plaque in the arteries), high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and other lifestyle factors, and they are a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.
