    Cardiovascular Risk Factors, also known as Heart Disease Risk Factors or Cardiac Risk Factors, are conditions or behaviors that increase the likelihood of developing heart disease. These include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, physical inactivity, and diabetes. Understanding and managing these factors can significantly reduce the risk of heart-related health issues.
