Initially presenting with a coin-sized bald spot that enlarged over nine months, the diagnosis was confirmed as toxoplasma-related AA through reactive toxoplasma IgG and trichoscopy. After six weeks of therapy, trichoscopy showed significant hair regrowth, demonstrating its value in monitoring treatment success.
