Trichoadenoma is a rare benign tumor that shows differentiation towards hair structures, first described in 1958. It is similar to trichoepithelioma and trichofolliculoma, which are also benign adnexal tumors with hair differentiation. The vulva is an uncommon location for trichoadenoma, with very few cases documented. The document reports a rare case of trichoadenoma occurring at the vulva.
