TLDR Intralesional triamcinolone acetonide can effectively limit the progression of GLPLS.
The case report described the treatment of a patient with Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lasseur syndrome (GLPLS) using intralesional triamcinolone acetonide at a concentration of 8 mg/mL, combined with oral acitretin 10 mg/day and topical 0.05% clobetasol propionate ointment. After 2 months, the patient showed a reduction in perifollicular erythema and follicular hyperkeratotic papules, with no new areas of alopecia. The findings suggested that intralesional triamcinolone acetonide could be an effective treatment for limiting the progression of GLPLS.
