TLDR Tolterodine Tartrate effectively treats overactive bladder symptoms.
The study investigated the effectiveness and safety of Tolterodine Tartrate for treating overactive bladder (OAB) in 60 patients, divided into an experimental group receiving Tolterodine Tartrate and a control group receiving Finasteride and Tan solo sustained-release capsules. Results showed that the experimental group experienced significant reductions in urination frequency, urgency, nocturia, and urge incontinence, along with increased voided volume per urination. The Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS) and adverse reactions were also lower in the experimental group compared to the control group. The study concluded that Tolterodine Tartrate was an effective treatment for OAB.
