This case report highlights the successful use of tofacitinib, a Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitor, in treating a female patient with overlapping autoimmune and autoinflammatory disorders: Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lassueur Syndrome (GLPLS) and hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The patient, who had previously shown limited response to other treatments, experienced significant improvement in hair loss and resolution of trunk lesions after six months of tofacitinib treatment, with no recurrence or adverse events during a two-year follow-up. This suggests the potential effectiveness of JAK inhibitors in managing such complex conditions.
