    This pilot study investigated the effects of low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 445±40 nm on the temperature of attached keratinized gingiva in WISTAR laboratory rats. Using a DT-1200 digital thermometer, the baseline temperature was recorded at 29.30±0.203 °C. During the laser exposure, which was conducted non-contact at 0.5 W for 5 minutes, the temperature increased to 37.68±0.043 °C, marking an 8.37 °C rise. Importantly, the temperature did not exceed the safety threshold of 42 °C, suggesting that the procedure was safe and could be considered for clinical trials.
