TLDR Thermobalancing therapy is safe and effective for treating enlarged prostates.
The study investigated the efficacy and safety of Thermobalancing therapy using Dr Allen's Device in treating lower urinary tract symptoms/benign prostatic hyperplasia (LUTS/BPH) in 124 men over 55 with prostate volumes (PV) up to 60 mL over 6 months. Results showed significant improvements in clinical parameters, including reduced prostate volume, increased maximum flow rate, improved quality of life, and decreased International Prostate Symptom Score. These positive outcomes were not observed in the control group. The study concluded that Thermobalancing therapy was a safe and effective treatment for men with enlarged prostates, although longer therapy might be needed for larger prostates.
