The study demonstrated that the Hairdex-S, a Swedish version of the Hairdex Quality of Life instrument, was well-received by patients with Alopecia Areata (AA) and exhibited strong psychometric properties. It showed a high level of agreement with the original Hairdex, making it a reliable tool for assessing the quality of life in AA patients and suitable for research purposes.
