    The study evaluated Wiesbaden Dilution 30C for treating Telogen Effluvium in a single-blind randomized control trial with 60 participants, mostly females aged 18-30. Over 4 months, 76.66% of the Wiesbaden group saw significant hair fall reduction, compared to 10% in the placebo group. The Wiesbaden group also experienced improved hair texture and new hair growth without adverse effects, suggesting Wiesbaden 30C is effective for managing Telogen Effluvium, especially in the 18-25 age group.
