TLDR ADSC-enriched fat grafting is the best and safest aesthetic treatment, combining effectiveness and ethical confidence.
This multicenter study with 180 participants from Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador evaluated the efficacy, safety, and ethical perception of three aesthetic interventions: ADSC-enriched fat grafting, PRP therapy, and hyaluronic acid filler. ADSC-enriched fat grafting showed the best results, with a satisfaction score of 8.6, 72.3% volumetric retention, and superior skin elasticity, along with the lowest complication rate of 28.3%. PRP therapy offered moderate improvement and high safety, while hyaluronic acid fillers had lower durability and higher inflammatory response. Histological analysis confirmed enhanced tissue regeneration with ADSC treatment. A strong correlation between ethical perception and patient satisfaction highlights the importance of communication in aesthetic procedures. The study concludes that autologous regenerative therapies are superior, combining efficacy, biocompatibility, and ethical confidence, marking a new paradigm in aesthetic surgery.
