Regenerative and cellular therapies are transforming aesthetic surgery by using biologically driven methods to enhance tissue quality and clinical outcomes. This review highlights the effectiveness of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and stromal vascular fraction (SVF) in promoting angiogenesis, reducing inflammation, and remodeling the extracellular matrix, making them dominant in facial rejuvenation and scar treatment. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is beneficial for improving skin texture and healing, while non-adipose mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have limited use due to regulatory issues. Despite the promising results, challenges remain in standardizing preparation protocols and conducting long-term studies. Future advancements will rely on standardized techniques and new biotechnologies like exosomes, emphasizing natural outcomes and personalized care.
