TLDR The 0.1% finasteride nanoparticles are efficient, uniform, and stable.
The study explored the fabrication of solid lipid nanoparticles of finasteride at concentrations of 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1% using an improved emulsion evaporation-low temperature method. The 0.1% concentration demonstrated a homogeneous appearance with a particle size of 98.2±15.3 nm and an encapsulation rate of 96.3%. The conclusion was that the 0.1% concentration of solid lipid nanoparticles of finasteride showed high entrapment efficiency, homogeneity, and stability.
