This study focused on the cutaneous manifestations of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) in 38 patients from North-East India, with a mean age of 26 years, predominantly female (92%). The most common skin manifestations observed were oral ulcers (68.42%), malar rash (55.26%), and photosensitivity (55.26%). Other notable findings included alopecia (52.63%), discoid rash (36.84%), and palpable purpura (26.31%). The study concluded that SLE was predominantly seen in young female patients, with oral ulcers being the most frequent skin manifestation.
