Shift Work Is a Source of Stress Among Military Police in Amazon, Brazil

The study evaluated stress responses among military police officers in Amazon, Brazil, focusing on the impact of shift work. It described stress as having stages: alarm, resistance, and exhaustion, with a potential fourth stage, near-exhaustion.
