TLDR Finasteride doesn't negatively affect sexual function in Indian men with hair loss.
This study investigated the sexual function of Indian patients taking oral finasteride for androgenetic alopecia. A questionnaire was given to 586 patients taking finasteride and an age-related control group. The results showed no significant difference in sexual function between the two groups, indicating that finasteride does not have a negative impact on sexual function in Indian patients with androgenetic alopecia. The study concluded that finasteride was found to be a safe drug in this Indian male population.
