The study investigated the effects of SesZen-BioTM, a 0.5% biotin supplement, on skin health in adults aged 30-55 with mild skin aging. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, participants showed significant improvements in skin parameters after receiving SesZen-BioTM. By day 56, the treatment group experienced a 48.14% reduction in crow’s feet and a 51.17% reduction in fine lines, compared to a 12.1% reduction in the placebo group. Skin tone lightened by 58.23%, and skin elasticity, hydration, and overall skin health improved significantly. The placebo group showed no significant improvements. SesZen-BioTM effectively enhances skin appearance and may combat skin aging.
