A case of sebaceous trichofolliculoma was reported in an 18-year-old boy, presenting as an asymptomatic, elastic dermal nodule with a central opening near the nasal bridge. Histological examination revealed a wide branching cavity lined by keratinizing epithelium, containing keratin, corneocytes, and hair shafts. Surrounding the central cavity were numerous well-differentiated sebaceous lobules, sebaceous ducts, and hair follicles at various stages of the hair growth cycle.
