    The study compared the efficacy of topical rosemary extract lotion and topical 2% ketoconazole lotion in treating scalp seborrheic dermatitis through a double-blind randomized controlled clinical trial. Both treatments were found to be effective in managing the condition and in reducing the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) scores of patients, indicating an improvement in their quality of life.
